Tim Medianick, DMD, FICOI
Dr. Tim Medianick and his family (one of ten children!) moved to Levittown, Pennsylvania from Ukraine when he was 13 years old. Prior to finding his calling as a dentist, Dr. Medianick picked up music as a child, learning to play both classical piano and alto saxophone. He graduated from Messiah College and received his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry, passing his clinical dental boards with an impressive 100%. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as a member of the American Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Medianick is a graduate of the Hands-On-Training Institute in Dental Implantology and was awarded a prestigious fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, making him one of the few dentists certified to place implants. He and his wife Ann (a native of Berks County) are the proud parents of three children, and they devote much of their time to their roles at a local church. In addition, Dr. Medianick travels back to Ukraine to provide dental services for the less fortunate. He also enjoys road biking, exercise and travel.
Teresa, RDH
Teresa, RDH, is a graduate of Northampton Community College where she received her degree in dental hygiene; she has worked at Boulevard Dental since 1989. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. She is also a distinguished member of the Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies and the Oral Health Task Force, the latter of which works to improve the dental health and access to dental care in Berks County. In addition, she serves on the board of the Dental Treatment Fund at the Berks County Community Foundation. She is active in her church, and besides her many hours of volunteer work, she loves to spend time with her family, especially at the beach.
Heather, RDH
Heather, RDH, has worked as a dental hygienist since 1997 and began working at Boulevard Dental Associates in 1999. She graduated from Northhampton Community College. Heather is married with a daughter and a needy cat named Prince. She also writes paranormal romance. She enjoys weight lifting, going to church and reading on nutrition and natural homeopathic medicine. She belongs to ADHA (American Dental Hygiene Association) and RWA (Romance writers of America).
Karen, RDH
Karen, RDH, is originally from Sullivan County, PA and holds her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Thomas Jefferson University and her associate’s degree from Keystone College in LaPlume, PA. Karen brings with her years of experience as a dental hygienist and educator. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing outdoor activities, bird watching, travel and friendly pistol-shooting competitions with her husband. She also serves in a soup kitchen for the needy. Karen and her husband love animals and have 2 cats, Sunny and Nugget.
Traci
Traci is the office facilitator here at Boulevard Dental. She has been with us since 2009, and has worked in the dental field since 1990 as a dental assistant, front desk and office manager. She enjoys working in the dental field because she loves forming relationships with patients. Her favorite thing about working at Boulevard Dental Associates is getting to work with the wonderful staff and doctor. “We truly are a family”, she says! Traci is active in her church. She is married and has two daughters who she enjoys watching play field hockey and lacrosse. She also has a German Shepard/Husky named Zeke and she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Nancy
Nancy has been a part of the practice since 2003. She is the insurance coordinator and is usually the one who greets our patients upon their arrival. Nancy is privileged to be the wife of a pastor, and has two wonderful daughters who are married to two equally wonderful “sons.” She is also blessed to be a Grammy! She teaches a weekly ladies’ Bible study and is involved in a variety of ministries at her church. She loves to travel, read fantasies and classic mysteries and is an avid Wizard of Oz fan. Her favorite part of her job at our office is getting to know our patients and their families so she can encourage and support them through the “ups and downs” in their lives.
Kiley, EFDA
Kiley received her dental assistant training at Berks Career and Technology Center while in high school. She later attended Harcum college to become an expanded functions dental assistant. Her favorite thing about working at Boulevard Dental is the team atmosphere amongst the staff, and the office’s emphasis on providing patients with quality, comprehensive dental care. Outside of dentistry, Kiley enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 daughters and extended family. She also likes to spend time outdoors, playing tennis and doing yoga.
Montana
Montana is a dental assistant and has been part of the Boulevard Dental Team since 2019. She loves traveling and exploring new places. Montana also enjoys watching her fiancé, Branden, compete in motocross. When Montana is not working, she enjoys hiking, going to the gym and taking pictures. Her favorite thing about working at Boulevard Dental Associates is being a part of such a great team that has become family to her.
Jasmine
Jasmine has been part of the Boulevard Dental Team since 2020. She is a dental assistant with an associate’s degree in dental specialties and she is working on becoming an expanded functions dental assistant. Her favorite thing about her work in the dental field is giving patients a reason to smile. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time at the gym and walking her German Shephard Zeus. She also likes to attend concerts and sporting events.
