Traci, Office Facilitator

Traci is our office facilitator at Boulevard Dental and has worked here since 2009. She has worked in the dental field since 1990 as a dental assistant, receptionist, and office manager. She enjoys working in the dental field because she loves forming relationships with patients.  Her favorite thing about working at Boulevard Dental is getting to work with the wonderful staff and doctor, and she feels that the staff are truly like family. Traci is married and has two daughters.  She also has a German Shepard/Husky named Zeke and a cat named Jez.  She is active in her church and she enjoys watching her girls play lacrosse, reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.  She is also a true Dallas Cowboys fan; she goes to Dallas for the football game every Thanksgiving!

Heather, Receptionist

Heather has worked as the front desk receptionist for Boulevard Dental since June of 2022. She previously worked for ten years at St. Ignatius Loyola School in West Lawn. It is there that she really learned to hone her people skills, a quality that serves her very well when interacting with Boulevard patients. She is thrilled to work at Boulevard Dental with such friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff.  Getting to know and form relationships with the patients and staff is just one of the things she loves about working here. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty-four years, her two children, Sydney and Aidan, and her two dogs.  She also enjoys reading and doing jigsaw puzzles.

She spent twenty-two years at the same dental practice and then went on to dental hygiene school at Northhampton Community College where she graduated in 2011 with a dental hygiene degree. She loves to make a difference in people’s lives, to work with children, and to help patients achieve their optimal oral health. Dawn has the loving support of her husband and children in doing what she does, and she has three children and three granddaughters. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys serving her community, cooking, gardening, and going to Penn State football games.

Lori, EFDA

Lori has worked in the dental field since 1995. Before joining us, she worked at the same dental office for twenty-six wonderful years, filling multiple positions, including dental assistant, expanded function dental assistant (EFDA), office manager, and insurance coordinator. She graduated from Harcum College as an EFDA in 2001. Upon completion of the EFDA program, she also attended Penn State University for seven years to study science and psychology. She very much enjoys restoring teeth, cosmetic dentistry, and teeth whitening. Lori’s favorite part about dentistry is being able to help patients feel comfortable and at ease in a setting that could otherwise be considered stressful. She and her husband Jim, founder of the Reading Science Center and a downtown business owner, attend many functions to help with the revitalization of the city, including fundraisers for the Reading Science Center, Fire and Ice Festivals, and more. Together, Lori and Jim have five children and an adorable Silky Terrier, “Pippy.” Outside of work, Lori enjoys attending all of her children’s many sporting events, reading, traveling, and running her personal clothing business, “Always Be Nice.”
