Tim Medianick, DMD, FICOI

Dr. Tim Medianick and his family (one of ten children!) moved to Levittown, Pennsylvania from Ukraine when he was thirteen-years-old. He graduated from Messiah College and received his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry, passing his clinical dental boards with an impressive 100%. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as a member of the American Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Medianick is a graduate of the Hands-On-Training Institute in Dental Implantology and was awarded a prestigious fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He and his wife Ann (a native of Berks County) are the proud parents of three children, and they devote much of their time to their roles at a local church. In addition, Dr. Medianick has traveled back to Ukraine to provide dental services for the less fortunate. He also enjoys exercise and travel.

Traci, Office Facilitator

Traci is our office facilitator at Boulevard Dental and has worked here since 2009. She has worked in the dental field since 1990 as a dental assistant, receptionist, and office manager. She enjoys working in the dental field because she loves forming relationships with patients.  Her favorite thing about working at Boulevard Dental is getting to work with the wonderful staff and doctor, and she feels that the staff are truly like family. Traci is married and has two daughters.  She also has a German Shepard/Husky named Zeke and a cat named Jez.  She is active in her church and she enjoys watching her girls play lacrosse, reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.  She is also a true Dallas Cowboys fan; she goes to Dallas for the football game every Thanksgiving!

Heather, Receptionist

Heather has worked as the front desk receptionist for Boulevard Dental since June of 2022. She previously worked for ten years at St. Ignatius Loyola School in West Lawn. It is there that she really learned to hone her people skills, a quality that serves her very well when interacting with Boulevard patients. She is thrilled to work at Boulevard Dental with such friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff.  Getting to know and form relationships with the patients and staff is just one of the things she loves about working here. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty-four years, her two children, Sydney and Aidan, and her two dogs.  She also enjoys reading and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Teresa, RDH

Teresa, RDH, is a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School, and she obtained her degree in dental hygiene from Northampton Community College. She has worked at Boulevard Dental since 1989. She enjoys volunteering and has spoken to over a thousand children, from preschool to high school, about oral health. Her free time is spent with her family, playing pickleball, and going to the beach! She and her husband John are super proud of their two children, one in the field of physical therapy and the other in veterinary medicine.

Heather, RDH

Heather, RDH, received her dental hygiene degree from Northhampton Community College and has worked as a dental hygienist since 1997. She began working at Boulevard Dental in 1999. Heather is married with a daughter and she has two needy cats named Prince and Pepper.  She also writes romance novels, and  enjoys going to church and reading on nutrition and natural homeopathic medicine.  She belongs to Valley Forge Romance Writers.

Dawn, RDH

Dawn has a long and varied career in the dental field. She started her dental career in orthodontics. She was an orthodontic assistant for ten years before becoming a dental assistant. She spent twenty-two years at the same dental practice and then went on to dental hygiene school at Northhampton Community College where she graduated in 2011 with a dental hygiene degree. She loves to make a difference in people’s lives, to work with children, and to help patients achieve their optimal oral health. Dawn has the loving support of her husband and children in doing what she does, and she has three children and three granddaughters. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys serving her community, cooking, gardening, and going to Penn State football games.

Kiley, EFDA

Kiley received her dental assistant training at Berks Career and Technology Center while in high school. She later attended Harcum College to become an expanded functions dental assistant. Kiley has been part of the Boulevard Dental team since 2009 and enjoys the family atmosphere of the practice.  Outside of dentistry, Kiley enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with her husband, three daughters, and extended family.

Lori, EFDA

Lori has worked in the dental field since 1995. Before joining us, she worked at the same dental office for twenty-six wonderful years, filling multiple positions, including dental assistant, expanded function dental assistant (EFDA), office manager, and insurance coordinator. She graduated from Harcum College as an EFDA in 2001. Upon completion of the EFDA program, she also attended Penn State University for seven years to study science and psychology. She very much enjoys restoring teeth, cosmetic dentistry, and teeth whitening. Lori’s favorite part about dentistry is being able to help patients feel comfortable and at ease in a setting that could otherwise be considered stressful. She and her husband Jim, founder of the Reading Science Center and a downtown business owner, attend many functions to help with the revitalization of the city, including fundraisers for the Reading Science Center, Fire and Ice Festivals, and more. Together, Lori and Jim have five children and an adorable Silky Terrier, “Pippy.” Outside of work, Lori enjoys attending all of her children’s many sporting events, reading, traveling, and running her personal clothing business, “Always Be Nice.”

Alma, Dental Assistant

Alma graduated from Berks Technical Institute in 2015 with an associate’s degree in dental assisting. She has worked in the dental field since 2016, and began working at Boulevard Dental in 2024. She can communicate to patients fluently in both English and Spanish. What she loves most about Boulevard Dental is the family atmosphere and the fact that patients feel so welcomed. In her free time, she enjoys doing things with her family, such as going on walks with them, going to the park, gardening, movie nights, workshops with her kids, and much more.
